Jody Dushay, MD, conventionally attractive medical professional from Harvard, assured us that Wegovy is not just about slimming down your backside but also taking on some hardcore cardiovascular risk factors.

"Society’s shallow obsession with appearance is out, and improving health outcomes is in," cheered Dr. Krumholz from the Yale–New Haven Hospital Center for Outcomes Research. But wait, here's the catch. Wegovy costs an arm and a leg, dashing the dreams of many, unless you're swimming in cash or have sold your soul to a health insurance provider that covers it. Furthermore, demand is outpacing supply, leaving millions panting in frustration.

The makers of Wegovy, Novo Nordisk, promised to ramp up their starter dose supply for those desperate to bid adieu to their extra pounds. But you know what they say-promises are meant to be broken. In the meantime, better keep that gym membership and those iceberg lettuce salads on standby.
